Qualification
(i) Must have a minimum of 15 years post-graduation experience or spent 4 years in the grade of Full Member.
(ii) Have been in senior management post and have contributed to the science and practice of public administration.
(iii) Must be nominated by his/her establishment or Fellow of the Institute.
