Qualification

(i) Must have a minimum of First degree/HND and spent at least five (3) years in the grade of Associate.
(ii) Attended seminars/workshops and conferences of the Institute and earn a minimum of 15 credit units.
(iii) Been adjudged by the Council to possess adequate knowledge of public administration.

The Institute was established to “Build Those Who Build The Nation” and incorporated to make provisions for membership, determine the level of knowledge and skills to be attained by persons seeking to become members of the profession.
